Dt 33:17
As the first-born of [Joseph’s] ox, majesty is his, and his horns are the
horns of the wild ox; with them he shall push the peoples, all at once, to
the ends of the earth. And those are the ten thousands of Ephraim [U.S.],
and those are the thousands of Manasseh [Great Britain].”
It may seem a good thing that the U.S. and Great Britain have formed somewhat of
a global coalition against Iraq through the U.N., this will neither bring peace
nor provoke war. Rather, another notable attack against the U.S. is imminent,
followed by all out war within our own borders.
Jer 51:46
Now lest your heart grow faint, and you be afraid at the report that will be
heard in the land [9/11 attacks] -- For the report will come one year, and after
that another report in another year, and violence will be in the land
[USA] with ruler against ruler –
These attacks – not U.N. resolutions – will provoke the U.S. to launch a
crushing assault against both Iraq and Iran.
Da 8:3-8,17-21
3 …a ram which had two horns [Iran, Iraq] was standing in front of the
canal. Now the two horns were long, but one was longer than the other, with
the longer one coming up last. 4 I saw the ram butting westward, northward,
and southward, and no other beasts could stand before him, nor was there
anyone to rescue from his power; but he did as he pleased and magnified
himself.
5 While I was observing, behold, a male goat [U.S.] was coming from the
west over the surface of the whole earth without touching the ground; and
the goat had a conspicuous horn [President Bush] between his eyes. 6 And he
came up to the ram that had the two horns, which I had seen standing in front
of the canal, and rushed at him in his mighty wrath. 7 And I saw him
come beside the ram, and he was enraged at him; and he struck the
ram and shattered his two horns, and the ram had no strength to withstand
him. So he hurled him to the ground and trampled on him, and there was
none to rescue the ram from his power.
17 …the vision pertains to the time of the end. …19 … to the
appointed time of the end. 20 The ram which you saw with the two horns
represents the kings of Media [Iraq] and Persia [Iran]. 21 And the shaggy goat
represents the kingdom of Greece [U.S.], and the large horn that is between
his eyes is the first king [President Bush].
This great victory will seem to catapult the U.S. into a greatly elevated
posture in the world, and spawn a national pride that will be its undoing.
Da 8:8
Then the male goat magnified himself exceedingly. But as soon as he was
mighty, the large horn was broken…
Jer 51:47
Therefore behold, days are coming when I shall punish the idols of Babylon;
and her whole land will be put to shame, and all her slain will fall in her
midst.
Eze 9:2, 5-6
2 And behold, six men came from the direction of the upper gate which faces
north, each with his shattering weapon [literally, ‘weapons of total
destruction’] in his hand… 5 …Go through the city… and strike;
do not let your eye have pity, and do not spare. 6 Utterly slay old
men, young men, maidens, little children, and women…
Rev 18:7-8
7 To the degree that she glorified herself and lived sensuously, to the same
degree give her torment and mourning; for she says in her heart, 'I sit as
a queen and I am not a widow, and will never see mourning.' 8 For this
reason in one day her plagues will come, pestilence and mourning and famine,
and she will be burned up with fire; for the Lord God who judges her is
strong.
