Documents - "Los Angeles woman who came forward during the California
gubernatorial campaign to accuse Arnold Schwarzenegger of previous instances
of sexual harassment today sued the Hollywood star, claiming that he, an aide,
and his campaign smeared her as a convicted felon when she made her charges.
In the below Los Angeles Superior Court complaint, former stuntwoman Rhonda
Miller charges that the Schwarzenegger camp told reporters that she had an
extensive rap sheet, a dirty trick meant to discount her credibility when it
came to the harassment charges. Miller claims that the Schwarzenegger smear
began an hour after she made her charges public, with campaign spokesman Sean
Walsh
sending
journalists an e-mail directing them to the Superior Court's web site,
where they could access Miller's lengthy criminal history. The felon in
question, however, was a different Rhonda Miller. (8 pages)"

say about Adolf Hitler since the actor bought the rights to "Pumping Iron" and

Bobblehead Doll lawsuit - "Arnold Schwarzenegger is threatening to sue
an Ohio company that is selling a bobblehead doll featuring the name and
likeness of the California governor. In a blistering letter sent yesterday to
the Ohio Discount Merchandise company, lawyer Martin Singer contended that
Schwarzenegger was entitled to "substantial damages" for the "unauthorized
commercial exploitation" of the Republican pol's image on the $19.99 doll.
With the exception of movie promotion, Singer noted that Schwarzenegger does
not permit the use of his likeness on commercial products in the United

which went on sale about a month ago, is one of several bobbleheads featuring
politicians that the Ohio firm sells (John Kerry, Wesley Clark, and Howard
Dean also retail for $19.99, while George W. Bush would only set you back
$14.95). The bobblehead company contends that since Schwarzenegger is now an

Bobblehead Detente Doll deal reached by Schwarzenegger, Ohio company - "Arnold
Schwarzenegger's ill-conceived legal fight to curb the sale of a bobblehead
doll featuring a likeness of the California governor came to an end today. The
Republican politician has agreed to allow an Ohio manufacturer to continue
producing the dolls, though future Arnold bobbleheads will not be carrying an
assault rifle (as does the original, pictured at right). In addition, Ohio
Discount Merchandise will
donate a
portion of future doll sales to a Schwarzenegger charity, according to a
settlement agreement. The legal stipulation, a copy of which you'll find
below, closes out two copyright infringement lawsuits brought by two
Schwarzenegger companies (the legal filings came after the politician's Los
Angeles lawyers dashed off a
blistering
letter threatening litigation). The bobblehead company contended that the
