Arnold the Connected
Antichrist's Political Power Derived from Others
by Phil Maxwell, November 2004-
This page is under development...
He has a
life of his own, he's uncontrollable, and he's the Republican candidate. Now all
these left-wing liberals are biting their lips and saying: What did we create?"
- Ludi Boeken, movie producer.
Daniel 8:24
"And his power will be mighty, but not by his own power...he will
destroy mighty men and the holy people."And his power will be
mighty, but not by his own power" (NASB)Rev
13:11-15
And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two
horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon. And he exercises all
the authority of the first beast in his presence. And he makes the
earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose
fatal wound was healed. And he performs great signs, so that he even
makes fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the presence of men.
And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the
signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast,
telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast
who had the wound of the sword and has come to life. And there was given
to him to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the
beast might even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of
the beast to be killed. (NASB) |
Political-Business Leaders
Aside from the fact that he is an in-law to the Kennedy's, Schwarzenegger's
circle of friends and associates is a virtual global "Who's Who" directory.
He is also the son of a Nazi and good friend of former U.N. Secretary and
Austrian President, Kurt Waldheim, a friendship not disrupted by the revelation
of his part in Nazi atrocities. His published statements also show a
Hitleresque political philosophy that combines grandiose visions of ruling the
world with a belief that other people need natural-born leaders like him to
"tell them" what to think and do.
Add to that how everyone from George H.W. Bush, who appointed this
steroid-boy to his first political position as Chairman of the President's
Council on Physical Fitness back in the early 90's, to former Secretary of
State, George Schultz, and billionaire Warren Buffet, both of whom publicly
joined his California gubernatorial campaign committee. Endorsements
abound, including influential former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich
glowing, "He's in the John Wayne, Ronald Reagan tradition of people you can
believe in," comment. (Believe in? For what, to molest your wife and
daughter?!)
Both before and since his election, he has enjoyed virtual head-of-state
access to numerous world leaders from Europe to the Middle East to the Far East.
Further, there is mounting evidence that Schwarzenegger was involved with the
energy company profiteering that ultimately led to the budget crisis in
California and Gray's vulnerability to recall according to strange laws
established some time ago (a subject on my research list). Since
originally denying participating in a secretive high level meeting with Enron's
Kenneth Lay and dozens of other prominent businessmen, it has since been proven
that Schwarzenegger was a notable attendee. Speculation that the meeting
spawned events leading to the California budget crisis has not been proven...or
disproven.
Political Religionists
Additionally, even political religionist like former presidential candidate,
Pat Robertson, and
Hal Lindsey jumped on the Schwarzenegger for Governor
bandwagon, though hedging somewhat. (Robertson essentially saying the good
outweighed the bad and Lindsey speaking through a staff writer's raving
comparison between Bush and Schwarzenegger.) Others rebutted
Robertson (though I'm yet to read anything addressing Lindsey's sidekick's
remarks), but most remained more or less silent about the outrageous affront to
decency this rising star in what they want to believe is their party represents.
As always, the end justifies the means, so, obviously, the ultimate benefits of
party-loyalty outweigh renouncing a megalomaniacal hedonist's entrance into
their own ranks. Notice, for instance, the politically correct postures
assumed by the following voices of Christian Conservatism:
"Arnold Schwarzenegger is not a conservative -- period ... That does not mean
that he is not worthy ... There are some practical realities you have to
consider. What we have to deal with here is what we can get." ---
Rush Limbaugh,
talk radio host.
"I'd have a hard time voting for him ... [most conservatives are] either
bemused by the Schwarzenegger candidacy, or increasingly dismayed by the public
positions he is taking." -- David Keene, Chairman, American Conservative Union.
"I understand the desire to rid the state of the Davis regime. But I think as
details come out, it's going to be a real leap of faith for a lot of
conservatives, given that there are good alternatives." --
Gary Bauer,
President, American Values.
The significance of the endorsements of political religionists is found in
the allegory of the second beast described in Revelation 13, the one with two
horns like a lamb and the voice of the dragon. Without digressing, the
point of that account is to highlight how, coupling their unqualified support
with phony demonstrations of God's power (probably technology derived from the
beast/antichrist himself), two prominent religious figures (the false prophet
and a sidekick) catapult the Antichrist into popularity and, consequently,
global power.
12/08/2004 - Fragmented disclosures of tax returns list a 2001
charitable contribution of a 2 million dollar Santa Monica house to the
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Los Angeles. I'm not sure how that
qualifies as charitable work, but it sure looks a lot like the old
practice of indulgences that spawned the Reformation.
Cardinal Roger
Michael Mahony
was appointed Archbishop of Los Angeles by Pope John Paul II on July 16,
1985. He was installed as the fourth Archbishop of Los Angeles on
September 5, 1985. Pope John Paul II created him a cardinal on June 28,
1991. Born in Hollywood, Cardinal Mahony is the first native Angeleno
and the third Archbishop of Los Angeles to be created a cardinal.
Cardinal Mahony
was ordained to the priesthood May 1, 1962. He was appointed Titular
Bishop of Tamascani and Auxiliary Bishop of Fresno January 7, 1975. He
was appointed Bishop of Stockton February 26, 1980. In 1986, to better
minister to the five million Catholics in the Archdiocese, Cardinal
Mahony created the five Pastoral Regions (Our Lady of the Angels, San
Pedro, Santa Barbara, San Fernando, San Gabriel). In 1995, he announced
plans to build the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels to replace the
earthquake-damaged former St. Vibiana's Cathedral.

According to the LA Archdiocese website,
"Cardinal Roger Michael
Mahony was appointed Archbishop of Los Angeles by Pope John Paul II on July 16,
1985. He was installed as the fourth Archbishop of Los Angeles on September 5,
1985. Pope John Paul II created him a cardinal on June 28, 1991. Born in
Hollywood, Cardinal Mahony is the first native Angeleno and the third Archbishop
of Los Angeles to be created a cardinal." He was ordained to priesthood
May 1, 1962.
As bishop of Stockton, California, Mahony and the diocese
lost a 30 million dollar verdict on behalf of two victims of a pedophile priest
he protected. The case related to abuse suffered by twin brothers between
1964 and 1975, but wasn't filed until years later when they discovered that the
culprit was working as a chaplain in a hospital serving children, event though
they'd been promised he'd never "wear a [priest's] collar again."
Then in April 2004, Mahony was named in another suit
involving sexual abuse under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations
(RICO) statutes by the same lawyer who prosecuted the former case plus several
hundred other similar cases since 1983, Jeffrey Anderson from St. Paul.
According to Anderson, he "made Mahony the centerpiece of this suit because he
is a mastermind of deceiving parents, deceiving parishioners, deceiving police
and deceiving prosecutors." The suit alleges he concealed crimes by failing to
remove predatory priests and by lying to parishioners.

Hollywood VIP's
Movie producer Ludi Boeken also points out a very interesting turnabout
falling under this heading in comparing him to the Frankenstein-like golem from
Jewish folklore. The point is that for their own profit, the generally
liberal movie industry created the popular public image Schwarzenegger rode into
the Governor's Mansion, even though his fiscally conservative agenda is contrary
to their own. What irony and, in the words of the prophet, Daniel,
intrigue! Now the liberal Hollywood crowd 's cash-cow monster is their
guvenator! |

U.S. PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH SIGNS SPECIAL OLYMPICS SPORT AND EMPOWERMENT
ACT INTO LAW
Bipartisan Support led to unanimous passage in Congress;
legislation supports Special Olympics globally
U.S. President George W. Bush signed legislation on 30 October 2004, marking
the first time ever that support for Special Olympics has been secured through
authorizing legislation.
"The President signed into law H.R. 5131,
the 'Special Olympics Sport and Empowerment Act of 2004,' which authorizes
appropriations through FY 2009 for grants, contracts or cooperative agreements
with Special Olympics for certain education, international and health
activities," said White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan.
The bill passed unanimously in both the House of Representatives and the
Senate, indicating that the U.S. government — at the highest levels — values the
work of Special Olympics to promote inclusion, acceptance and understanding of
people with intellectual disabilities.

Mohammad Nassar, Special Olympics Jordan, at the formal White House dinner
celebrating the "Spirit of Special Olympics" on 13 December 2001 in
Washington, D.C., USA. Nassar was one of six Global Messengers who
attended the festivities. Bush congratulated them by saying "Each one of
you has been recognized for giving your best, for sharing your many gifts
with others and for living out the Special Olympics oath, 'Let me win; but
if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.' Each one of you has set
high goals and you have met them through hard work and courage...We gather
here to celebrate the achievement of Special Olympics, itself, and those
who compete. Before we lived [in the White House], Laura and I were
fortunate to be involved with the Special Olympics [Program] in Texas...
Such a wonderful experience. We're so grateful for Special Olympics."

Special Olympics is particularly appreciative for
the Members of Congress who initiated the legislation and shepherded the bill
through Congress. Representatives Roy Blunt (R-MO) and Steny Hoyer (D-MD) and
Senators Rick Santorum (R-PA) and Harry Reid (D-NV) were the bill’s lead
sponsors, comprising the leadership of both parties in the House of
Representatives and Senate. Santorum has served in the Senate since 1995, and is
now, as Conference Chairman, the third ranking Republican in the Senate. Reid
was elected to the Senate in 1986, and elected Democratic Whip by his colleagues
in 1998. Blunt, elected to
the House in 1997, is Majority Whip, the third
highest job in the House. Hoyer, who came to Congress in a special election in
1981, is the House Democratic Whip, the second-ranking position among House
Democrats.
"In a year where both Houses of Congress
were polarized by politics, these four men worked across the aisle to ensure HR
5131 passed as a standalone bill, which is phenomenal," said Timothy P. Shriver,
Chairman and CEO of Special Olympics. "I
also want to thank President Bush for making this important piece of legislation
the law of the land. This statute sends a message of commitment and will
positively change the
lives of people with intellectual disabilities, as well as the lives of everyone
who witnesses
their accomplishments."
The Special Olympics Sport and Empowerment Act
authorizes US$15 million per year over five years in funding for the growth of
Special Olympics and initiatives that foster greater understanding and respect
for people with intellectual disabilities:
-
Special Olympics
Healthy Athletes®: to provide critical screening for vision, dental,
nutrition and health promotion of people with intellectual disabilities by
volunteer health professionals at the national, state, regional and world
games. Thus far, the Special Olympics Healthy Athletes initiative has assisted
tens of thousands of persons with intellectual disabilities in communities
around the world.
-
Worldwide Expansion: to increase the number
of athletes involved with Special Olympics, with a goal of adding 1million new
athletes in the next five years. Special Olympics will also seek to educate
the global community about individuals with intellectual disabilities.
-
Character Education: a
school-based curriculum and program development tool that offers
students of all abilities the chance to learn about differences, reduce the
isolation experienced by children with special needs and engage in creating
local Special Olympics teams and events that unite the community.

Last Sunday, February 27, 2000 Arnold present his longtime friend, James
Cameron with the "GOLDEN EDDIE" award from the American Cinema Editors (ACE).
The ACE awards, nicknamed "Eddies", are primarily given to editors, however, the
special "Golden Eddie" is occasionally presented to a director or producer that
ACE feels has significantly contributed or shaped the art and craft of film
storytelling. Cameron joins very distinguished company by receiving the award
(only the sixteenth ever presented), including Steven Spielberg, Martin
Scorsese, Clint Eastwood, Robert Altman, George Lucas and Francis Ford Coppola.
Fans of Schwarzenegger can also look forward to Arnold and Cameron reuniting
again in the future. Currently the duo are collaborating on TRUE LIES II, the
sequel to their widely popular 1994 action film, TRUE LIES, which also
co-starred Jamie-Lee Curtis.
