We at Simple Truth Ministries have never taken a penny for anything we've done under the auspices of ministering the gospel of Yahshua the Messiah.  While unwilling to put any undo restrictions on Yahweh's will and work for us or others, we have no intention of doing so in the future.  

Of course, this also means that we have no ministry budget, staff, printing facilities, or time to offer our materials in printed form.  Therefore, anything written here may be freely printed, copied, distributed, published, posted, quoted, or whatever, but only under the following conditions:

1. Articles may only be reproduced in their entirety.  Quotes may be extracted freely for reference purposes within other materials, provided other criteria stated herein is not transgressed in letter or spirit.
2. Any materials extracted from the ScatteredSheep.com website must be duly noted with the source, author, and web address (URL: www.scatteredsheep.com).
3. No charges of any sort may be applied or implied to any distribution of Simple Truth Ministries / ScatteredSheep.com materials, including fees, prices, solicitations for donations, or indirect association with sales of other products or written materials.
4. No textual changes are allowed, though articles may be reformatted freely and in good taste.  (We don't mind obvious spelling or grammatical errors being corrected.)
5. No use of materials contrary in any way to the stated or implied vision, purposes, intentions, or welfare of Simple Truth Ministries, ScatteredSheep.com website, or the sponsors thereof is authorized. 
6. Materials may not be reproduced in any way associated with sponsors of or publications including lewd, pornographic, or otherwise morally deficient materials or works according to the morals, values, and standards of the hosts of ScatteredSheep.com. 
7. Simple Truth Ministries must be notified of any reproduction of materials for purposes extending beyond personal use.  
8. Simple Truth Ministries reserves the right to forbid reproduction or stop distribution of its materials by any person or group for any purpose, whether stated herein or not, at our own discretion and without explanation. 

While the above includes most of the materials at ScatteredSheep.com, there are some exceptions. Included are all writings by Phil Maxwell and any citing a Simple Truth Ministries' message board as the origin, and any specifically stating so on the pages in which they are published. 

Excluded materials are those written and/or copyrighted by others that are made available solely for the private research purposes of our readers in conjunction with the broader topics and non-commercial purposes of this website.  As much as possible, copyright and source information has been provided, but most derive from various internet sources of unpredictable future availability and generally unverifiable credibility.  Thus, even if no copyright information is stated, any materials not specifically included in the above license to reproduce are specifically excluded, and, therefore, may not be used for anything beyond the private purposes of our readers.  (Since most of these are widely available on the internet at no charge, readers may be able to obtain permission to use materials for other purposes.)
